Update on proceedings
9 February 2009
ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM: ACPM) today announces that the proceedings
instituted by Mishcon de Reya on 23 October 2008 relating to the recovery of
legal fees have now been discontinued by consent between the various parties and
the dispute has been settled on confidential terms acceptable to all parties.
