Products, Inc. (NASDAQ:UFPI) today announced a semi-annual dividend of $0.05
per share, payable June 15, 2005 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2005.

meeting. It marks the company's 35th consecutive dividend and it's being
issued in the year the company celebrates 50 years of doing business.
