Products, Inc. today announced a semi-annual dividend of $0.05 per share,
payable June 15, 2004 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2004. This is the
Company's 33rd consecutive cash dividend and is 11% higher than the dividend
issued in the same period in 2003. The Company has increased its dividend in
each of the past ten years.
