MADRID, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Spanish utility Union Fenosa said on Wednesday
it is selling its 35.44 percent stake in regional telecoms operator R for 150
million euros ($212.3 million).
In a statement, it said it had agreed at its board meeting to sell the stake
in the Galician operator to the savings bank Caixanova and estimated it would
make 80 million euros in net capital gains on it.
