SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Umpqua Holdings Corp. on Wednesday named
Ron Farnsworth as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Farnsworth's appointment is a promotion from his previous role at the
Portland, Ore.-based bank holding company as senior vice president of financial
integrity.
Umpqua Holdings also promoted Neal McLaughlin, its current senior vice
president and controller, to executive vice president treasurer.
The company's share were trading up 14 cents at $16.28.
