LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Umbro PLC said the UK High Court has confirmed
the reduction of the company's capital, paving the way for the 285 mln stg
takeover by Nike Vapor, a unit of Nike Inc.
Umbro said its shares were suspended from trading on the London Stock
Exchange and the official list today.
