MENLO PARK, Calif., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultra Clean Technology ("Ultra Clean") (NASDAQ:UCTT), a leading developer and supplier of critical subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment industry, announced today that Leonid (Leonard) Mezhvinsky, President, will be retiring effective December 31, 2007. Mr. Mezhvinsky will retain his seat on Ultra Clean's Board of Directors and will assist with the transition of his responsibilities to his successor. Ultra Clean will immediately begin a search to identify a qualified candidate to take over Mr. Mezhvinsky's responsibilities.
