LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Nightclub operator Ultimate Leisure Group PLC
said chairman Mark Jones and finance director Craig Bell have acquired shares at
194 pence each to lift their stakes in the company.
The company said Jones bought 15,282 shares to lift his stake to 0.32 pct
and Bell purchased 3,311 shares to lift his stake to 0.03.
