LONDON (Thomson Financial) - UTEK Corp and EntreMed Inc signed a technology
acquisition deal that would aid EntreMed to get access to intellectual property
to supplement its existing pipeline.
UTEK will assist in enhancing EntreMed's new product pipeline with the
acquisition of proprietary intellectual capital from universities and laboratory
research centres.
