LONDON (Thomson Financial) - UTEK Corp said it has through its UTEK Europe
subsidiary agreed to acquire Pharmalicensing Ltd for 2.15 mln usd in shares.
The company said it will give 153,967 UTEK shares to purchase the York-based
Pharmalicensing, which had year to end-December 2006 revenue of 562,000 stg.
The open innovation company focused on technology transfer said the
transaction is expected to complete in early January 2008.
