venture in the United Arab
Emirates (UAE) with Muneer Ahmad Al-Sheikh Mohammed Sharif Al Olama of Zener Group. The
joint venture – Zener Fire and
Security LLC – was recognized with a ribbon cutting ceremony
attended by the shareholders and local officials. UTC Fire &
Security is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

establishing a Product Technology Demo Center in the region which
