ConocoPhillips (COP) Tuesday reported flaring due to a unit shutdown at its Rodeo, Calif., oil refinery.
Frontier Oil Corp. (FTO) said Tuesday that a several day extension for a planned turnaround on the FCCU at its El Dorado, Kansas, refinery will reduce crude processing in November from 81,500 barrels a day to 76,000 barrels a day.
Irving Oil said Tuesday that its Saint John refinery, the largest in Canada, has completed $220 million in investment upgrades.
