LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ValiRx edged up 0.05 to 0.70 pence after the
cancer therapeutics company delivered a positive research and development
update, while Hydrodec Group hardened 2 to 28 following news that two Australian
power utilities,
the two largest electricity distribution companies in Victoria, have approved
Superfine transformer oil for use in their new transformers.
Again on the upside, Chromex Mining improved 1 to 17-1/2 after a feasibility
study gave the Mecklenburg project the green light.
Leni Gas & Oil added 0.37 to 6.87 following the signing of an agreement with
a unit of Mediterranean Oil & Gas to acquire an initial 20 pct interest in four
oil and gas exploration blocks between Libya and Malta by funding 5 mln usd
towards study costs.
