LONDON (Thomson Financial) - The UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has invited
comment on Parexel International Corp.'s anticipated acquisition of ClinPhone.
The comments should arrive by July 21.
The OFT said it is considering whether arrangements, if carried into effect,
will result in the creation of a relevant merger situation, and if the deal
would result in a substantial lessening of competition within any market or
markets in the United Kingdom.
