UBC Media agrees to sell commercial division to Global Traffic for 15 mln pounds

        LONDON (Thomson Financial) - UBC Media Group Plc. said it has agreed to sell
its commercial division to Nasdaq listed Global Traffic Network Inc. for 15
million pounds.
    The specialist radio services company said it plans to conduct a strategic
review of the business following this transaction. 
    The commercial division of UBC supplies traffic, news and entertainment
information to about 250 radio stations in the United Kingdom in exchange for
commercials that are then sold to advertisers.
