Among the companies with shares expected to actively trade in Monday's session are Keurig Green Mountain Inc. (GMCR) and JA Solar Holdings Co. (JASO).

S&P Dow Jones Indices said Friday it will add Keurig Green Mountain Inc. (GMCR) to its S&P 500 index, one of a handful of index changes announced Friday. Shares rose 2.7% to $116.31 premarket.

JA Solar Holdings Co. (JASO) posted stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter results. The solar-products company's chief executive said that stabilizing prices and cost-cutting efforts helped strengthen margins. Shares rose 14% to $13.05 premarket.

Five Prime Therapeutics Inc. (FPRX) reached a collaboration agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (BMY) to discover, develop and commercialize immuno-oncology therapies directed toward targets identified in two undisclosed immune checkpoint pathways. The clinical-stage biotechnology company's shares rose 19% to $22.35 premarket.

CBS Outdoor Americas Inc. on Monday said it would offer 20 million common shares in its initial public offering, with pricing expected to be between $26 and $28 a share. CBS Corp. (CBS) will own about 83% of CBS Outdoor after the offering. Later this year, after CBS divests its stake in a tax-free split-off, CBS Outdoor plans to become a real estate investment trust.

Crumbs Bake Shop Inc. (CRMB) said interim Chief Executive Edward M. Slezak has been named permanently to post, while also announcing that its board has appointed Frederick G. Kraegel as chairman.

Digirad Corp. (DRAD) agreed to pay at least $3.5 million in cash to acquire medical-outsourcing provider Telerhythmics, a deal that will add to the larger company's sales and bottom line.

Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (SBH) on Monday said credit-card data from fewer than 25,000 customer records were illegally accessed and may have been stolen. The beauty-supplies company said it is working with the U.S. Secret Service on the agency's preliminary investigation of the situation. The company also said it continues to work with Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ), which has helped with Sally Beauty's internal probe since the breach was identified.

United Parcel Services Inc. (UPS) plans to increase general rates by 4.4% at the end of March, a move that comes after rival FedEx Corp. (FDX) also said it would raise its shipping rates.
