U.S. Energy Corp. Announces Special Cash Dividend and Sets Dates for Corporate Development Update and Shareholder Conference Cal

RIVERTON, Wyo., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:USEG), a diversified natural resource exploration company, announced today that it will pay a one time special dividend of $0.10 per share to each common shareholder of record on July 6, 2007 (the record date). The dividend will be paid on July 16, 2007.

The Company also announced today that it will provide a corporate development update on Monday, July 2, 2007 and will host a shareholder conference call at 10:00 MDT on Monday, July 9, 2007. Dial in instructions for the conference call will be included in the corporate update on Monday, July 2, 2007.
