U.S. Dollar Edges Up Against European Majors

The U.S. dollar rose against European major counterparts in
early European deals on Monday.
The greenback edged up to 1.1164 against the euro, 1.2966
against the pound and 0.9766 versus the Swiss franc, from its early
lows of 1.1210 and 1.3025, and a 6-1/2-month low of 0.9722,
respectively.
If the greenback extends rise, it may locate resistance around
1.10 against the euro, 1.27 against the pound and 1.01 against the
franc.
