Tyson Foods declares regular quarterly dividends (Tyson Foods Inc(Del)

        SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) - Chicken and beef processor Tyson Foods Inc. said
Monday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4 cents per Class A
share and 3.6 cents per Class B share.
    The dividends are payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Sept. 1.
