Turkey's competition board said Friday plans an investigation into the country's largest mobile phone company by subscribers, Turkcell (TKC), the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reports.

Turkcell is suspected of violating some articles of competition law by making it difficult for rivals to operate, the competition board said on its Web site.
