Publication of Prospectus
Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") announces the publication of
a Prospectus, following approval by the Financial Conduct Authority
as competent authority under the Prospectus Directive, in relation
to the issue of 25,776,523 new ordinary shares of the Company (the
"New Shares"), representing 11.8 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital, in connection with the acquisition of PVM Oil
Associates Limited and its subsidiaries ("PVM"), a leading
independent broker of oil instruments.
The Prospectus is available for inspection in electronic form on
the Company's website www.tullettprebon.com and will shortly also
be made available for viewing at the National Storage Mechanism at
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The documents incorporated by reference
therein have already been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and are available for inspection at
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Application will be made for admission of the New Shares to the
Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities
("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective
on 26 November 2014.
