BERLIN -(Dow Jones)- Trust in financial markets hasn't returned to adequate levels, Deutsche Bank AG (DB) Chief Executive Josef Ackermann said Thursday.

"The situation is fragile," Ackermann told an industry conference in Berlin. "Definite setbacks are possible," he added.
