BAKERSFIELD, Calif., March 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tri-Valley Corporation (AMEX:TIV) has moved its headquarters to the sixth floor of the building formerly occupied by Arco Oil & Gas Company at 4550 California Avenue in Bakersfield, California, it was announced today. All other contact information remains the same.
The move also includes its wholly owned subsidiaries, Tri-Valley Oil & Gas Co., Great Valley Production Services, Inc., Tri-Valley Power Corporation, Select Resources Corporation, and the accounting and administrative functions of Select's 50-50 joint venture, Tri-Western Resources, LLC.
"This move is required for our business expansion and doubles our former work space for project development and presentations as well as allowing additional offices for our growing technical and administrative staffs.
