Next Fifteen announces that on 8 May 2008, it purchased 950,000 of its own 2.5p
Ordinary Shares and these shares will be held as treasury shares. The average
price paid was 53 pence.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 950,000 Ordinary Shares as
treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares
held as treasury shares) is 53,198,966.
