of the purchase,  on 10 November 2015,  of 12 ordinary shares of 10p 
each in the Company ("shares"), pursuant to the Company's Dividend 
Re-investment Plan, for Deborah Grimason, PDMR, at a price of 1983p.  As 
a result of this purchase Ms Grimason's beneficial interest is 1,657 
shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
