NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - TravelCenters of America Tuesday said Andrew
Rebholz was elected chief financial officer, treasurer and executive vice
president.
Rebholz was previously the company's senior vice president and controller.
He succeeds John Hoadley as finance chief and treasurer. Hoadley he will remain
executive vice president, and will assist Rebholz during the transition period,
the company said.
TravelCenters is a Westlake, Ohio-based operator of franchise travel
centers. Its stock closed Monday at $14.99.
