NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Transocean Inc. Wednesday said its deepwater
moored submersible Transocean Marianas has been awarded a two-year contract by a
subsidiary of Eni.
The contract could generate revenue of $412 million over the two-year
period, the company said.
The contract will start in December 2009.
Transocean shares closed at $152.17 on Tuesday.
