    Transfer of Treasury Shares


    IS Solutions plc ("the Company") announces that, on 17th November 85,000 ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury shares for
the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option 'B' Scheme at 12p per share.

    Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 1,408,468 ordinary shares in treasury.

    The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 23,384,722
