LONDON--Transense Technologies PLC (TRT.LN) Monday said it has signed a deal worth more than $750,000 with General Electric Company (GE) to provide its surface acoustic wave technology.

General Electric will also pay royalty to Transense Technologies in respect of each unit using the technology, the provider of sensor systems for the transportation and industrial markets said.

The company added that GE will only pay a part of the payment, which is of $250,000, if Transense's technology passes some tests from GE.
