Transaction in own shares
EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces that yesterday the Company bought back
1,003,106 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.5 pence
per share. These shares will be cancelled.
Following cancellation, the company will have 306,107,733 ordinary shares in
issue.
