Networkers International plc announces that on 2 July 2009 it purchased 120,000
of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at
15p each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury is 1,529,575 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is
91,936,421.
