Telecom plus PLC (the "Company")
Transaction In Own Shares
The Company is pleased to announce that on 12 June 2009 it purchased 15,000
ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 270 pence per share to be held in
treasury.
Following this transaction, a total of 785,940 shares will be held in treasury.
The total number of shares (excluding those held in treasury) in Telecom plus
PLC is therefore 68,245,923.
The above figure (68,245,923) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telecom plus PLC, under the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
