Purchase of Own Shares
On 29 April 2009 World Careers Network Plc (the "Company") bought 210,103
ordinary shares for cancellation at 95 pence per share, representing
approximately 2.60 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share
capital.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 7,849,142 ordinary
shares of 0.1 pence in issue.
