IS Solutions plc (the "Company") announces that on 24 October 2008 it purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 18.5p per ordinary
share to be held by the Company as Treasury Shares under the authority granted by shareholders at its last Annual General Meeting.
The Company now holds a total of 1,493,468 ordinary shares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190. The
Total Voting Rights of the Company are now 23,299,722 ordinary shares and this number should be used to determine any announceable holdings
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
