Purchase of Own Shares
On 27 August 2008 World Careers Network Plc (the "Company") bought 8,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 110 pence per share,
representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 8,094,963 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in issue.
