Man Group plc announces that on 7 July 2008 it purchased for cancellation 368,885 of its
ordinary shares at a price of 580.14 pence per
ordinary share.
Since the start of the financial year on 1 April 2008, Man has repurchased 2,618,885
ordinary shares at a total cost of £15.4 million,
giving an average repurchase cost of 588.09 pence per ordinary share.
