Purchase of Own Shares
On 17 January 2008 World Careers Network Plc (the "Company") bought 5,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at 138 pence per share, representing
approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share
capital.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 8,109,963 ordinary
shares of 0.1 pence in issue.
