Clarification.
The announcements made on 11th and 12th March reporting that the company had
bought in shares for cancellation showed an error in the price per share paid.
The price per share for the purchase of 50,000 on 11th March should have read
10p per share (not 0.10p), and likewise on 12th the price for the 10,000 should
have been 12p per share (not 0.12p)
For the avoidance of doubt this is not a notification of further purchases but
merely a correction.
The basic number of ordinary 5p shares in issue remains 97,362,700.
The fully diluted number of ordinary 5p shares remains107,515,000.
