Significant hardware order to manufacture remote wireless fire monitoring products

Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer, developer and manufacturer of telematics hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the award of a significant hardware order from a leading UK wireless security and safety provider.

Trakm8's, recently acquired subsidiary, BOX telematics Limited has been awarded a GBP680,000 hardware order for remote wireless fire monitoring units with all of the revenues expected in our next financial year commencing 1 April 2014. This hardware order is part of a recently signed supply agreement that is expected to lead to revenues in excess of GBP1m per annum.

BOX telematics intend to manufacture the units in their electronic assembly facilities in Birmingham to ensure the highest quality and efficient delivery performance.

John Watkins, Executive Chairman of Trakm8 commented:
