Proposed placing by Directors

Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, is pleased to announce that certain Directors of the Company intend today to sell up to 1,220,000 existing ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 157.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 9.6 per cent. of the Directors' total existing shareholding (the "Placing").

The Placing Shares are being sold to satisfy market demand.

Assuming the Placing is completed in full, the Board of Trakm8 will continue to hold approximately 39.7 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.

The completion of the Placing and the resulting Directors' shareholdings will be announced as soon as practicable. The Company's report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 are available from the investor relations section of the Company's website: www.trakm8.com/investor-relations.
