Notice of AGM, Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

Technology Roadshow for Investors

Trakm8, the AIM quoted telematics and data provider to the global market place, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available online at the Company's website www.trakm8.com/investor-relations.

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday 6 September 2017 at 10.30 a.m. at the Ricoh Arena, Car Park C, Judds Lane, Longford, Coventry, Warwickshire CV6 6AQ.

Technology Roadshow

Immediately following the AGM, the Company will hold a Technology Roadshow for analysts and investors from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the same location. Private investors are invited to attend the Technology Roadshow, which will include product demonstrations, collision reconstructions and the opportunity for investors to benchmark their driving styles using Trakm8's driver behaviour solutions. The Company will be providing a buffet lunch and has also arranged free coach travel from Birmingham International Rail Station to the Ricoh Arena for those travelling by train.
