Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, announces that on 14 September 2016, Bill Duffy, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 200 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Bill Duffy is beneficially interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
