Trading Update
The Directors of Zyzygy wish to give an update in respect of its two current major ongoing
investments
NiceTech Limited
NiceTech Limited ("NT") is a Cambridge based software company that has developed a unique
"bottom up" approach to creating virtual
worlds using agent based computing techniques inspired by the natural laws of physics and
biology.
NT successfully completed its "Tronji" contract with BBC Worldwide and Ragdoll, and are
currently awaiting a decision from BBC on a
suitable launch date for. The game was originally intended for release in Spring 2008 for
which NT completed its work on schedule. The
delay in the release of Tronji has been caused by unavoidable delays in the production of the
television programmes which the game was
commissioned to accompany.
Last year NT were commissioned to develop a prototype of a music based virtual world game
for an American company. This prototype was
completed satisfactorily and on schedule The US company in question is currently
demonstrating the product to private investors in North
America, and is receiving considerable interest in raising funds to develop, on the basis of
the prototype, a major online game, which it is
expected that NT will develop. NT are also in ongoing discussions with a major British based
games publisher over a potential project that
NT would expect to start in the Autumn, whilst potential defence and educational projects are
also under negotiation.
MarineTrack Limited
The Directors of Zyzygy also recently announced that another of its investee companies
MarineTrack Ltd is expected to come to the
market AIM by way of a reverse take-over of XSN plc ,subject to an EGM of existing XSN
shareholders to be held on 28 July .
