In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Wellstream Holdings
PLC (the "Company") announces that as at 30 October 2009 its issued share
capital consists of 99,748,460 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each, with each share
carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in
treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 99,748,460.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
