Psion PLC
Total Voting Rights
Psion PLC confirms that at 30 September 2009 its issued share capital consists
of 140,572,827 ordinary shares of 15p each, all with voting rights. There are
no shares held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Psion PLC is 140,572,827.
The increase from 140,564,891 ordinary 15p shares on 30 June 2009 is due to the
issue of 7,936 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options in September
2009.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Psion PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
