The Company's issued share capital at 30 September consisted of 1,312,935,709
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,312,935,709.
The above figure, (1,312,935,709) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
