As at 30 June 2009, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company
are as follows:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,401,714 Ordinary GBPGBP0.005
shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 345,401,714.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
