TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises
that at close of business on 30 April 2009 its issued share capital
comprised 57,101,287 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The voting rights of all of
these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The
Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
