Total Voting Rights Update
The Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-
The Company's issued capital consists of 37,836,614 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No
shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current
voting rights in the Company is therefore
37,836,614.
The above figure (37,836,614 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in
the Company.
