VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL - Month end announcement
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market
that following the exercise of 10,000 warrants for the allotment of 10,000
Ordinary shares, as announced on 30 April 2008, the number of Ordinary shares
in issue is 6,212,000 with total voting rights of 6,212,000 as at 31 May 2008.
The number of warrants in issue at 31 May 2008 is 1,204,000.
